About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team at NSB | Omega. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of project costs, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cost Planning and Control

Develop and implement cost management plans, ensuring that project costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled.

Financial Analysis

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present regular cost reports to stakeholders, ensuring that project costs are transparent and easily understood.

Collaboration and Coaching

Work closely with project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that cost management best practices are implemented.

Requirements
  1. Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management, financial analysis, or a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.

Certifications

Professional certifications, such as AACE or CMA, are highly desirable.
