Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics processes
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and trends
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in logistics operations
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
