About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at METRO TRANSPORT. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop promotional materials to showcase our services and attract new customers.
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure we get the best value for our money.
  • Market our business services to attract new clients and grow our customer base.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within our financial limits.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters and communications materials to keep our stakeholders informed about our activities.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs to promote our brand.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations to raise awareness about our services.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is an on-site position, requiring employees to work from our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
