Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
