Job Title: Technical Services Manager

Phibro Animal Health Corporation is a leading global manufacturer of medicated feed additives, feed ingredients, advanced nutrition solutions, vaccines, and specialty chemicals. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our Sales team based in Canada - Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver product, marketing, and technical training to the sales team and customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers, key influencers, and end-users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales support materials, including product brochures, datasheets, and presentations.
  • Design and implement research and demonstration trials to support and expand sales of existing products.
  • Identify new product needs and propose solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Publish research trial results in scientific literature, conference proceedings, and industry magazines to protect and grow the scientific foundation and validation of our products and brand.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with staff nutritionists, independent nutritionists, veterinarians, and key university researchers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and scientific literature, attending professional meetings and engaging with experts to communicate evolving issues and their potential impact on the beef and relevant agriculture/protein industries.
  • Maintain active communication with account managers and business directors, keeping them informed of all activities with current and prospective customers, key influencers, and end-users.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in ruminant nutrition and/or ruminant physiology, Ph.D. preferred, and will consider DVM with appropriate background and depth of experience.
  • Minimum two years of industry experience in a technical support role with primary expertise in beef cattle nutrition and management. Previous product development experience encouraged.
  • Familiarity with the basic principles of beef and dairy economics and ability to make connections between product science and business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and versatility to handle multiple priorities and work in a self-directed manner.
