Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, sales, and production targets, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Apply environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, and other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service, with a minimum of one (1) year experience in a management role.
  • Education: College or university diploma.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, collaborative and team-oriented, good time management and prioritization skills, and ability to demonstrate empathy.
