About the Role:

KGT ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our retail team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers, cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, removing bones from meat, weighing meats for sale, pricing meat products, and selling meats to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers

Work Environment:

As a Meat Cutter, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. You must be physically demanding and have attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Working Conditions:
