The role of a Senior Restaurant Operations Manager at Ontario Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee restaurant operations and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality food and service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates and prepare food order summaries for chef.
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Please note that this is a permanent position with a standard working week of 40-44 hours.
