About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at GH Precision Products Inc. as a Metal Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal plates and sections to form structures, setting up and operating heavy-duty metal-working machines, and installing fabricated components in final products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine materials required for fabrication projects
  • Study engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, such as lathes and milling machines
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for transportation to and from work sites
  • Physically demanding work environment, requiring combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and reliable, with ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience an asset, but not required
