Baptist Housing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator & Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services we provide to our seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultation and program leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and services are maintained.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address areas for improvement and ensure compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements.
- Advocate for resources and funding to support quality initiatives within the region.
- Provide education and training to staff to ensure they are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical frameworks to ensure they meet all quality standards.
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being within the organization by promoting health and safety, risk management, and incident prevention.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and registered with BCCNM.
- Alternatively, possess a degree in a recognized health science/professional program.
- 5 years of healthcare experience.
- 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
- Two years of nursing experience are required, with a preference for long-term care experience.
