Job Description

This occupational therapist will create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning. They will educate clients on topics such as pacing, pain, cognitive behavioral strategies, and task modification strategies to improve function.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to be autonomous, working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience treating clients with physical, mental health, and/or neurological conditions is required. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Educating clients on various topics to improve function
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals
  • Participating in case conferences and case management
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
