Amanat Architect Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, and supervising other drafting personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and specifications
  • Supervise and train junior drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and presentations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Write technical reports and specifications
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets for construction projects
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
