Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Phillips Bridge Seafood ULC. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring financial control systems, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor financial control systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Great Plains (GP), MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
