Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice at Academy Dental Group. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Experience: Experienced candidates are preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
- Dentrix Knowledge: Preferred, but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidate.
- Additional Hours: Potential for additional hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
About You:
- Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
- Valid CPR certification
