About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
