We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessments and developing care plans for clients in a home setting.

Your expertise will be utilized to assess and treat individuals with a wide range of concerns, including speaking, breathing, and swallowing difficulties.

Strong communication and analytic skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position, as you will be traveling to client homes for assessments and treatment sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and develop care plans for clients in a home setting

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
