Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our New Hazelton, BC location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage store inventory, expenses, and employee performance
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and keyholders
- Manage store visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory and labor costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Compensation
$42,500.00-$47,500.00 per year
