Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant - Rehabilitation Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Synergy Health Management Ltd. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress.
  • Process files and paperwork.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
