Job Summary:

As a Package Handler/Non-Driver at FedEx Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading freight, scanning, and sorting packages within the facility. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload freight, scan, and sort packages within the facility.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs.
