Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Toolroom Technician to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Toolroom Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our dynamic team by overseeing the efficient operation of our tool crib.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the tool crib, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all tools and equipment are accurately accounted for.
- Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure that they have access to the necessary tools and equipment to complete their tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Strong clerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make small repairs to equipment.
- Understanding and experience using inventory tracking and control systems.
- Strong people, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with an inventory management system.
