Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and schedules
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Basic security clearance
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
