Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create floral arrangements in accordance with company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Operate equipment correctly, performing duties in a safety-conscious manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, remaining aware of seasonal requirements and product changes
