Senior Manager and Vice-chairperson of the Board of Directors

MTheory System Integrated Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager and Vice-chairperson of the Board of Directors to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, this role will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategy and direction.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $52.63 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental insurance, vision care, and pension.

Job Description

This senior leadership role will focus on monitoring the company's profitability, preparing and presenting annual reports, reviewing financial and accounting activities, and establishing an overarching yet flexible company policy for employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advising and managing executives in their planning and decision-making, overseeing budgets, and ensuring proper funding when important resources are required. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading crisis management efforts, protecting the interests of shareholders, scheduling and leading board meetings, and establishing agendas for board meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a university degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce, medical science, or another relevant field. A graduate degree would be an asset but is not required. Candidates should also have substantial work experience as a manager, strong research skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations. They must be patient, dependable, enthusiastic, and well-organized, with a clean criminal record and no history of financial crimes. Experience working at a start-up company would be an asset but is not required. Finally, candidates must become a shareholder of the company.

Location and Work Environment
