Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at SHORELINE DRYWALL LTD. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial structures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
• Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
• Supervise and coordinate with other workers
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade
• Permanent employment
• English language proficiency
• 35 hours of work per week

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. Overtime may be required, and the work is physically demanding.
