Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our team at YNT Hakka. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, address customers' complaints or concerns, and describe and advise on wine selection.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

As a Dining Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
