About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Résidences des Bâtisseurs - Place Belvédère. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, excellent written communication, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
