Pool Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Blue Mountain Resort. As a key member of our pool staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

• A competitive hourly rate of $18.82 ($19.53 if instructing)

1. Act appropriately in emergency procedures as trained;
2. Maintain a clean facility at all times, including cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi-purpose and first aid rooms, pool, deck and change rooms;
3. Ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tub areas and equipment are cleaned and well organized;
4. Follow up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner;
5. Enforce pool rules, ex. smoking, drinking, and reserving chairs etc.;
6. Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items;
7. Interact with guests and homeowners to provide accurate resort information.

• NL Certification required;
• First Aid with CPR 'C' required;
• Recertification of awards to remain current will be required;
• Previous customer service experience preferred;
• Must be 15 years or older as per Ontario Legislation.
