Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at DAYS INN CRANBROOK. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
