We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Westmount Medical Clinic. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
- Advise patients on health care and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices
- Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
- Provide acute care management and counselling to patients and their families
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
