Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Saffron Indian Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all customers receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
• Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
• Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and well-organized.
• Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We specialize in East Indian cuisine, with a focus on vegetarian and gluten-free options. Our menu is designed to cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. We require our team members to be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
