Job Summary:

This is a casual overnight RPN position that requires a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing assessments, planning and implementing personal and nursing care, and administering medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Administer oral and subcutaneous medications as prescribed
  • Directly supervise care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred)
