Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on company vehicles and equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
