About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Budget Management

Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.

Performance Measurement

Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
