Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at BAWA CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors, at heights, underground, and in confined spaces. You must be physically demanding and able to perform repetitive tasks.
