Job Summary:

The Sales Associate role at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional Guest Services and support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, generating sales through effective merchandising and signing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of Guest Services by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals by generating sales through effective merchandising and signing.
  • Conduct housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with POS operations, including processing transactions and handling customer returns.
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts by monitoring store inventory and reporting any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
