Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.
- Utilize effective sales skills and techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Deliver personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Optical Sales and Service
- Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fits and adapts lenses and frames to meet customer needs.
- Conducts measurements and evaluates prescriptions to ensure accurate and precise fits.
- Recommends specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit customer needs.
- Store Operations and Merchandising
- Assists with ensuring each store is effectively merchandised and presented according to planogram and company standards.
- Ensures high-quality products and services are delivered to customers.
- Team Collaboration and Development
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with colleagues and doctors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assists in the training and development of new associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- State licensure or certification as an optician required.
- Experience in retail or customer service environment preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
