Key Responsibilities- Crop Management: Oversee the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
- Farm Machinery Operations: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, planters, and harvesters.
- Quality Control: Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Disease and Pest Management: Detect and manage diseases and pests in crops, livestock, and poultry, minimizing the risk of contamination and ensuring the health and safety of our team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of farm operations, including crop yields, weather patterns, and equipment maintenance.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
- Work Environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming, outdoors, dusty, and hot conditions.
