About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, and performing various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.

In addition to clinical expertise, successful candidates will have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members, as well as the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough dental exams and assessments for patients to diagnose and treat dental issues
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
  • Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more
  • Utilize CAD technology for designing dental restorations, improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate patient records using AbelDent software, ensuring seamless communication among team members
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient flow and deliver high-quality care
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (essential)
  • Doctoral degree in dentistry (preferred)
  • RCDSO membership (required)
  • ODA membership (required)
