About the Role

Pak Homes Builder Inc is seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
