About the Position

">

The Deputy BIM Manager assumes a pivotal role in guiding the BIM processes and collaborating with engineers and technicians to develop BIM projects. Key objectives include establishing guidelines for BIM model development, ensuring data consistency and compatibility, and advancing BIM capabilities within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

">
  1. Oversee the application of BIM processes in multidisciplinary projects and participate in process enhancement initiatives.">
  2. Coordinate BIM model development among technicians and engineers.">
  3. Support the multidisciplinary coordination of models.">
  4. Federate and coordinate project designs and construction sequence interfaces.">
  5. Contribute to the development of BIM software and resolve issues.">
  6. Ensure consistent data availability and accessibility across all project stakeholders.">
  7. Promote BIM adoption within the company.">
  8. Implement efficient design solutions aligned with project and technical requirements.">
  9. Collaborate with the design team to ensure coordinated design across projects and disciplines.">
  10. Produce models/drawings as needed or generate relevant project data according to project requirements.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

For this position, we seek a candidate with a degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Technology, Construction Management, etc.) and at least 3 years of experience in BIM design and implementation. Experience in project delivery from an infrastructure or engineering project lead environment is also highly valued.

">

Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in adopting technology to deliver complex projects, familiarity with ISO 19650, and the ability to discover innovative approaches in pursuit of improvement. Strong communication skills, capacity to adopt new technology, and willingness to travel are highly desired traits.
