About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at KENKO SUSHI. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new sushi menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and can prepare dishes to our standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary items to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers have a positive experience when dining at KENKO SUSHI.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or in a related role.
  • Language: English.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
