About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Respond to Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to determine the cause and extent of the incident.
  • Monitor and Control Access: Control access to restricted areas, monitor CCTV cameras, and respond to alarms to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Provide Customer Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide information and support, and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enforce Regulations and Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Operate Security Equipment: Operate security control room equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Patrol and Monitor: Patrol assigned areas, monitor establishment activities, and respond to incidents as necessary.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in the security industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
