We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at Cable Gold Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Event Management: Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure the success of our organization.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop marketing and communication plans to promote our company's vision and goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work from home or in-office.
