Job Title: Drywall Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Matrix Drywall. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of drywall installation projects.

  • Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of drywall installation projects
  • Supervise and direct installation crews to achieve project milestones
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client expectations
Quality Control:
  • Inspect drywall installations to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Identify and address any defects or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve any concerns or complaints
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate installation crews to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage project budgets and expenses
  • Track and report progress against project milestones
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders through regular updates and reports

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in drywall installation or a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
