About the Role:

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Telephony Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for establishing architectural designs, implementation plans, and participating in the deployment and transition activities from on-premises telephony tools to cloud-based telephony solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement cloud-based telephony solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide technology advisory services to establish roadmaps for cloud-based telephony solutions and Defender for Office platforms based on industry best practices.
  • Support operational priorities regarding telephony solutions, including resilience, end-user telephony use cases, call centers, and compliance recording services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Other related activities and deliverables as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in unified communications solutions, including Cisco on-premise solutions (CUCM, UCCX, CER, etc.), and cloud-based telephony solutions (Direct Routing as a Service, Operator Connect, etc.), and Microsoft Teams.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated knowledge on Microsoft's Defender for Office, as well as other email security and hardening technologies (email gateways, internal relays, DMARC, DKIM, SPF).
  • A minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft SaaS suite of solutions, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
