Job Summary

Warman's Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and performing various tasks related to metal fabrication and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Perform tasks such as fitting, brazing, and torch-straightening metal.
  • Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment and hoisting and lifting equipment as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Welder will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. The position involves standing for extended periods and working with various metal shaping and bending machines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
  • Own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and welding helmet.
