Job Summary

Crest Hotel LP is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Financial Management: As per collective agreement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
