Job Title: Overland Haulage Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled truck driver to join our team at Golden Express Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for hauling freight across various locations in Canada.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 to 60 hours of work per week. You will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 1 or A driver's license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Operate and maintain straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Valid Class 1 or A driver's license
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
