About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist in the construction of rebar structures, load, unload, and transport construction materials, and perform routine maintenance work. They will also be responsible for cleaning and lubricating cranes, mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using various equipment
- Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment and machinery
- Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Clean and maintain equipment, including cranes and other heavy machinery
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
- Perform routine maintenance work to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in clean-up efforts at construction sites
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
