Senior Analyst, Sales Account Manager, Energy Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Sales Account Manager, Energy Solutions to join our team at Enbridge Inc. who will be responsible for driving the success of our Commercial Energy Solutions team by providing exceptional customer engagement and application support to our business partners, national accounts, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Enbridge's Energy Solutions Advisors, customers, Business Partners, and National Accounts to drive participation in our Commercial Energy Conservation programs and achieve our Commercial Program targets.
  • Handle customer program inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software for project tracking, reporting, and workload management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support application processing by collecting information and documentation, analyzing data, and calculating eligible incentives using approved tools.
  • Explore and introduce project add-ons and technologies to customers, business partners, and national accounts to influence the submission of multi-measure applications.
  • Develop and implement outreach campaigns, data mining, customer/business partner prospecting, and follow-up of leads from sales and marketing initiatives to drive program participation.
  • Manage individual performance KPIs, such as SLAs, Tech Services Pass rates, annual gas savings approved, and report on progress.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in engineering, energy management, business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and ability to work on CRM-related platforms.
  • Ability to provide recommendations for change and contribute to continuous improvement while considering the big picture implications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes, handle competing priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background and experience in technical sales/customer service.
  • Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Practical background knowledge in energy conservation program delivery.
  • Project Management/Change Management experience.
  • Certified Energy Management Certificate is an asset.

Working Conditions:
The position has a potential for light travel (10%) and typically operates in an office work environment. A valid G driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for business purposes.
